Expressions through Poetry

Welcome,

I've had a wonderful day today, it was a beautiful day. Due to the fantastic friends I have, I was able to express myself through poetry, and so I wrote a poem for a few of my friends and gave it to them. I'm not putting them here, as it is up to these friends if they want to share them with the world, as the poems were gifts.

I got to also water my garden today, and being outside with nature is one of the greatest gifts we can ever have and experience.

Tonight I was listening to a song on the radio and it reminded me of my life, it took me back to a few years ago where I would remember my life back then. Songs sometimes make me go all sentimental, especially at night listening to ballads. Anyway, I became emotional and I thanked spirit for my life. No I'm not wealthy when it comes down to money, no I am not able to experience a lot of pleasures, others are able to in this world. But, I consider myself rich in happiness, love and contentment. I love my life and I woudn't change it for anything. Thank you Spirit for all the challenges you bring my way. I am truly blessed.

The Butterfly Effect

Welcome,

Today I'm in such a chatty mood, I feel so happy and really content. I have a peaceful energy around me and I am happy with my world.

Two things that really made me smile today are; I saw a Butterfly in my garden and I picked it up, it didn't seem to be scared or want to fly away. It really was a beautiful moment and I wish I could of spent more time with her, but I had my friend round today, so I didnt get to spend much time with the Butterfly. But having those few minutes with her was wonderful. She was a beautiful brown Butterfly.

This evening I also held a moth in my hands, it was a beautiful moth and I managed to take a few pictures of her. You can see her pic at the top of this message.

So I got to see two beautiful creatures today, I wonder what spirits message is? I will think on this, but I have a very good idea. ;)

In Love & peace.

Experiencing the Peace.

Welcome,

One of my favourite past times is to lay out on my grass and look up at the sky. It always amazes me that we are here. Knowing that there is a bigger picture to why we are here. The beauty of the velvet blue sky and the few fluffy clouds that float by, for me are breath taking. It makes me feel so content with my life and reminds me that one day, when my time here is done, I 'll be venturing onto a new journey.

I look forward to going home but, I look forward more to completing my journey here on earth first. I have lots of challenges to complete and each one teaches me many things. About the sort of person I am, how people react to me, what the meaning of my challenges are and how much love I have in my life. I certainly feel blessed.

Sometimes when I am feeling low, like we all experience from time to time. It only takes for me to go and sit out in my garden and look at nature all around me, where I am able to think clearly and to know just how wonderful my life is. My spirituality and my family reward me more than any material items could. Material items grow old and eventually wilt away, my spirituality doesn't, it always remains young and vibrant. My family may grow old on the outside, but inside, they are beautiful young spirits just as we all are.

I have built some special friendships through the internet, and each one is unique. I am truly blessed by all the friends I have. When friends come and go, I know it is for a reason, friendships aren't always meant to last. People come into your life just at the right time, when new challenges are set for you, and these people come with these new challenges. When you've done all you can with the challenge and have out grown it, it's time to move onto something new. Some friends, if it is meant to be, will stay with you, and will share in the new challenges you've been set. May be, they are also on the same sort of challenge as you, and may be you're apart of their challenge and are there to help them through it?

That's my thoughts right now. Hmmmmm

In Love & peace,

Welcome to my Blog.

Hello & welcome to my Blog.

My name is Margo, I'm 34 and live in the UK with my hubby and 3 sons. I decided to make a blog after I read some of Myriam Maytorena's, she's a great inspiration for me.

The reason for making this blog is really to reach out to those people that are new on their spiritual path. When you go through a 'Spiritual awakening' it can be a tough time, often something big will happen that sets the ball rolling and this can be like a roller coaster ride. With your emotions dipping and then rising, you feel confused and afraid, yet there are times you know there is more out there.

This is what happend to me back in 1999, my spiritual awakening began. It was at first a rocky ride until I came through it and was able to find my way. The internet has been a huge support where I have been able to meet lots of wonderful people who also came through a spiritual awakening, we support and share with each other what our spirituality means to us and more.

I look forward to sharing with you.

In Peace & Love,

Margo.
